How does the monthly price work?
One flat monthly fee covers your build, hosting, updates, domain, email and support – no separate invoices for hosting or small changes.
Is there a setup fee?
Often not. Standard builds start at $199/mo with no setup fee. More involved custom designs may include a one-off setup – we’ll tell you up front, always.
Am I locked in?
Plans run on a 12-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month. We ask for the year because we’re building and maintaining the whole thing for you – not just renting a template.
Do the Growth plans include the website?
Yes. Growth Basic ($450/mo) and Growth+ ($1,050/mo) build on your Website+ plan, so the site, hosting and care are all included – you just add SEO, social and (on Growth+) managed Google Ads. Ad spend on Growth+ is billed separately.
Do I own my site?
Your content, domain and data are always yours. At the end of your term you can take them with you – we hand over a clean export, no hostage situation.
What counts as ‘custom work’?
E-commerce, web apps, integrations and bespoke features. These are quoted per project – sometimes one-off, sometimes paired with a monthly plan. We’ll lay it out clearly.
